Refurbishing of TRANSFORMER includes,
Windings – Rebuild/Rewinding of Transformer LT & HT Windings,
Core – Rebuild/ Staggering/ Repair/ Replacement of Stator Core/ Core Stamping’s,
Transformer Oil – Testing, Filteration and Replacement of Transformer Oil.
Transformer Components – Replacement of transformer components like Insulators, Buchholz Relay, Breather, Tap changer, Explosion vent etc
Oil Leakage – Repairs of Oil Leakages from Transformer conservator tanks or from Cooling Tubes

Before starting refurbishing of the Transformer, its our procedure to conduct RCFA Survey in order to select correct corrective action, correct material & correct procedure in order to improve efficiency of the Transformer & to avoid repetitive failures of the Transformer in future.
Modifications for provisions for Preventive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring is part of our suggestions to customer.
