Refurbishing of electric Motors includes,

Windings – Rebuild/Rewinding of Stator & Rotor Windings,

Core – Rebuild/ Staggering/ Repair/ Replacement of Stator Core/ Core Stamping’s,

Bearing Assembly – Reformation/ Repair of Bearing Cartridge/Housing, Shaft, Key ways, Fan, Lubrication Fittings, Heat Exchangers etc.

Modification of Motor – For Provisions for Preventive Maintenance and/or for Condition Monitoring

– To improve efficiency of AHU/ Heat Exchanger/ Cooling Air System of motor

– To improve Efficiency of the motor (To Restore efficiency)

Ratings: 5 kW to 1250 kW

Before starting refurbishing of the motor, its our procedure to conduct RCFA Survey in order to select correct corrective action, correct material & correct procedure in order to improve efficiency of the motor & to avoid repetitive failures of the motor in future. Modifications for provisions for Preventive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring is part of our suggestions to customer.

our Procedure

First Inspection Report

After receiving the machine at our works, we carry out inspection of the status of receipt and convey the report FIR to customer. It includes, the Damages to the machine/short supplies & additional parts with the machine we received.

Secondary Investigation report

After dismantling of machine, detailed investigation of the failed components is done.

It includes, testings of components & RCFA.

The detailed report is than sent to customer.

In Process & Final testing

Inspection & Testings are done at every step of the process in order to assure the quality of the workmanship & material.

Final testing is done on each machine to ensure the product quality & the reports are given to customer.
