Gears – Replacement of Gears, Reversing the plane of gears,

Bearings – Replacement of bearings/ Repair of Bearing Housings,

Shaft – Replacement of new Shaft, Repair of Bearing/ Gear Seat of Shaft, Repair of Key Way’s on Shafts etc

Before starting refurbishing of the Gear Boxes, its our procedure to conduct RCFA Survey in order to select correct corrective action, correct material & correct procedure in order to improve efficiency of the Gear Boxes & to avoid repetitive failures of the Gear Boxes in future. Modifications for provisions for Preventive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring is part of our suggestions to customer.
