    Refurbishing of Pumps includes,

    Visual inspection, for Cavitation on inside wall of pump and surface of impeller 

    Disassembly + visual inspection of parts, Dimensional measurements, Cleaning & steaming, Sandblasting, Machining of parts – bearing housings,  Shaft bearing Seat, Balancing of impeller, etc,

    Impeller – Replacement of impeller, Repair of impeller,

    Bearings – Replacement of bearings/ Repair of Bearing Housings,

    Shaft – Replacement of new Shaft, Repair of Bearing/ Gear Seat of Shaft, Repair of Key Way’s on Shafts etc

    Bearing Seal – Replacement of bearing seals

    “Refurbishing of Pumps includes RCFA & Corrective actions and Modifications.”

    Before starting refurbishing of the Pumps, its our procedure to conduct RCFA Survey in order to select correct corrective action, correct material & correct procedure in order to improve efficiency of the Pumps & to avoid repetitive failures of the Pumps in future. Modifications for provisions for Preventive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring is part of our suggestions to customer.
